Giannis Ziavras has been active in the Greek real estate sector for 23 years.

He is the owner and head of REMAX Properties Investment, an extensive network of six real estate offices in Greece with a strong market presence and a focus on development, investment and international partnerships. His professional path combines business development, institutional representation, international networking and an active public presence, centered on the growth and outward orientation of Greek real estate.

His company was recognized at the International Property Awards 2025–26 in the category Best Real Estate Agency in Greece (5–20 offices).

He has taken part in more than 40 exhibitions and events abroad promoting Greek real estate, and has attracted over €160,000,000 in direct private investment to Greece.

Internationally, he serves as Ambassador of REMAX Europe in Greece and Ambassador of REMAX Türkiye in Greece, contributing to the development of cross-border partnerships and to connecting the Greek property market with the international landscape.

At the same time, as Chairman of the Real Estate Brokers Committee of the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen (E.E.A.), he plays an active role in promoting initiatives for the modernization and advancement of the profession.

He has written articles on the property market and real estate, and has appeared on numerous television programs and public discussions, sharing his experience and views on developments, investment and the outlook of the Greek property market.
