Chairman of the Board of Managers of Energy Management Institute after being Chief Economist at EMI. Prior to that, for ten years he is a distinguishable analyst at the Institute for Market Economics where he is working in the fields of public finances, energy, health care. Prior to joining the IME team, he worked as an economist at the Center for Economic Development. He is part of a group of experts and economists who have been pushing for years for increased competition in the energy sector towards its full liberalization. He is the author of a number of publications and analyses in this direction, including: “Integration of electricity producers with long-term contracts on the market” and “Regulatory policy in the electricity sector in 2013 – contrary to regulations and common sense.”
